1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products through the doppelgangerroma.me website to customers in the UAE and Middle East. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Products and Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue items at any time without notice.
Colors, sizing, and finishes may slightly vary from product images due to screen settings and photography lighting.
3. Prices and Payment
Prices are listed in AED (or local currency, where applicable) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees may be added at checkout.
We accept secure payments via major credit/debit cards and other available methods shown at checkout.
4. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities for any reason.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship across the UAE and selected countries in the Middle East.
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 working days depending on location.
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs or carrier issues.
6. Returns and Exchanges
You may request a return or size exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided items are:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned with all tags and packaging intact
We offer size exchange options subject to stock availability. Refunds (excluding shipping costs) will be processed upon receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Please note that items that have undergone free alterations at any of our stores are not eligible for return or exchange.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DUMARQUES is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Delays or failures caused by events beyond our control

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
