Shipping policy

The cut-off time for orders to be processed on the same working day is 12 noon GST (GMT + 4). All other orders are processed on the next working day.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a separate email with tracking information.

Self Collection

You can pick up your order from our stores the next working day, anytime between 10 AM and 10 PM during mall hours.

Local Shipping

All orders are processed within the next working day. You can expect to receive your order within 2-3 working days from the processing day.

Orders Over 1000 AED: Enjoy free shipping with our standard courier service

Orders Below 1000 AED: A shipping fee of 25 AED will apply

Due to peak shopping periods, the increase in the number of processed items, or consolidation from different warehouse locations, there may be intermittent delays.

If the credit/debit cardholder checks out multiple basket shipments, this would reflect accordingly on the cardholder's monthly shipment. 

International Shipping:

For orders outside the UAE, you can expect to receive your shipment within 5 to 7 working days.
